From the main station Bern Bahnhof (SBB) take tram 6 (Worb Dorf), 7 (Ostring), 8 (Saali) or bus 19 (Elfenau) to the stop Helvetiaplatz.
Take the exit «Ostring» from the A6 highway (Bern – Thun) and drive via Burgernziel und Thunplatz direction «City» to Helvetiaplatz.

Kunsthalle Bern is a building under monument protection and we seek to ensure accessibility in the best possible way. The main entrance is accessible via a ramp or stairs. Inside the building, the assistance of the reception staff is necessary to use the elevator to the lower floor, as well as the wheelchair-accessible toilet. Please ask the staff at the entrance for support.
Kunsthalle Bar:
Please contact the bar staff for access to the wheelchair-accessible restroom inside the Kunsthalle building. The public restroom by the bar is only accessible through stairs.
