Joel Valabrega is curator of performance art and moving image at Mudam Luxembourg. They work with performance, sound and performative arts in institutions and as an independent curator. Their work in the museum context speaks to the challenges and potentialities of the artistic and infrastructural demands which includes the public.

Rachel Mader is a Professor at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and author of the book New Infrastructures—Performative Infrastructures in the Art Field (2020). The book deals with the “infrastructural turn” where art practitioners’ critique of institutions has become part of their work and enacted in various invisible and visible tactics.
