Students develop their own mediation program for other school classes for the exhibition Living Room by Deborah-Joyce Holman.

As part of this unique public program at the Kunsthalle Bern, students can take an in-depth look at an exhibition. They are present during the exhibition install, have conversations with the director and the artist, and get to know the team and the institution of the Kunsthalle. The students familiarize themselves with the thematic focus and works of the exhibition and gain insight into the forms and possibilities of art education.
Based on their questions and individual perspectives, they develop their own exhibition walkabout in order to share their experiences with other students.

The program is free of charge and is aimed at secondary school and pedagogical college students. The project is suitable for theme weeks as well as for regular classes.
